At Obsessed on Purpose, we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect when you use our digital journal, why we collect it, and what control you have over your information.
"Obsessed on Purpose," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Obsessed on Purpose LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a mailing address at 382 NE 191 St #789622, Miami, FL 33179. We operate the digital journal at journal.obsessedonpurpose.com (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your name (or whatever name you choose to use), your email address, and a hashed password. We use this to identify you, authenticate you across devices, and send you transactional emails like signup confirmations and password resets.
Anything you write, draw, or upload into the journal — daily entries, goals, vision board items, habit data, meal plans, and so on — is stored in our database and tied to your account. This content is private to you. We do not read it, share it, or train models on it. Other users cannot see your journal entries.
If you subscribe to the premium tier, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor; we only receive a customer reference, your subscription status, and the renewal date. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log technical data when you access the site: IP address, browser type and version, device type, timestamps, and the pages you visit. This is standard for any website and is used for security, debugging, and basic analytics.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your journal content with any third party for advertising, marketing, or training purposes.
To run the Service, we rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers. They process your data only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the Service:
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services that profile you across sites.
We retain your account data and journal content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information and journal content from our active databases within 30 days. Some records may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed, and some records may be retained longer if required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, please contact us at brianna@twp.fit and we will delete the account.
Obsessed on Purpose LLC is based in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or with a notice inside the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
