Welcome. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Obsessed on Purpose digital journal. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is operated by Obsessed on Purpose LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a mailing address at 382 NE 191 St #789622, Miami, FL 33179 ("Obsessed on Purpose," "we," "our," or "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service you'll create an account with your email and a password. You are responsible for:
One account per person. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else or use someone else's account.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription priced at $9.99 USD per month. We may update pricing in the future; existing subscribers will be notified of any change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Your subscription is billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside your account. When you cancel, your premium access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and email us at brianna@twp.fit, we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund already-paid months.
Anything you write, upload, or create inside the journal — entries, goals, lists, meal plans, photos, drawings, and so on — is your content. You retain full ownership.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you. We do not have the right to publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use your content for any other purpose. We do not train AI models on your content.
You are responsible for the content you create. Don't upload anything that:
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate the above.
The Service itself — including its design, code, brand name, logo, and journaling frameworks — is owned by Obsessed on Purpose LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us at brianna@twp.fit. Closing your account ends your subscription on the date you ask (with no refund of pre-paid time, except as described under our refund policy).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we are legally required to do so. Where possible, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
The Service is a journaling tool. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Anything you read inside the Service is for personal reflection only. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsessed on Purpose LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and indemnify Obsessed on Purpose LLC against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or with a notice inside the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
